Here at KVM we strive to provide housing that make our clients feel at home. We are a Tampa based company, operating for a total combined of just over a decade in the Bay area! Whether you’re interested in our corporate housing program here in Tampa, you’re looking for a long-term home to rent for yourself or your family, looking for a short-term rental for a trip you’re taking or in between moving, or searching for a newly remodeled home to purchase, we are motivated in helping you on your journey.

CORPORATE HOUSING

 KVM works with several corporations to provide housing for their employees. We also partner with a third party program where you can handle the searching and booking processes for your corporate relocation, eliminating a lot of unneeded stress. Whether it be short term corporate housing, or a long term relocation, we have you covered. We work with both individuals and corporations directly. If you are booking on behalf of multiple employees in your corporation and would like to inquire about discounted rates for multiple bookings please call us or email us via the “contact us” page.

RENTALS

Our company was founded as a short-term rental company. Our specialty lies in providing rental homes available for both short-term stays, and long-term leases. We have some incredible properties for you and your family to enjoy on your next vacation, and get a feel for what its like to live in the beautiful Tampa Bay area. Whether you’re looking for a secluded stay in a quiet space, a condo by one of our stunning beaches, or an apartment downtown, we have a short-term rental to fit your needs.

Long-term rentals are available as well. As they go very quickly, we periodically have one of our remodeled homes open and ready for you to sign a long-term lease (1yr minimum).
